Our volunteers are from different domains and industries such as psychology and liberal arts, management, design, IT and many more.
Let us meet the being who started all this!
SYM Founder
Jatin Khurana - A being of the universe
Catharsis is a very important step in maintaining the mental health. Now, what is catharsis? It is a process where we vent out, the pent up emotions and thoughts which have been cluttered up in mind and creating difficulties in our understanding and peace. Talking about them and releasing them out is one way of catharsis. Following this principle, Speak your mind with Jatin (now Speakyourmind.in) came in to existence on May 06th 2020. This is the platform for all, to help release stress and feel better, thus improving overall well-being.

Our Support
Arif Hussain is a creative thinker amongst other other roles he plays in his professional life. Currently, he is the co-founder and lead designer at NUTS India and the founder of The Exit Door (under which he extended his supporting hands to us). Arif saw a huge and a continuously increasing gap between the reality and the life that people hoped to have lived. He wishes to bridge this through The Exit Door by helping people do what they have always dreamt of doing. He is the person behind everything what we see of in Speakyourmind.in. His wisdom has been the source of Jatin's motivation and efforts for the society.
Meet the being who is managing it with Jatin!
SYM Manager
Kushagar Sudan
When he started breaking biases in 2019 it had a fundamental idea as one of its core principles and that was to reach out to people and make them aware of themselves. Speak your mind has the same fundamentals and core ideas and he feels glad to be a part of it. He has done his post-graduation in clinical psychology with more than 2+ years of hands-on clinical experience, along with being certified as a CBT practitioner from the academy of modern and applied psychology. He believes all of this experience will help him make a positive change and make far and wide-reaching impact.
